SIX mobile handsets were snatched away by members of the Jargo Party vigilante group as they raided Harinath Para under Golabari Union in Khagrachari district under army protection on Saturday night, December 02.

The Jargo Party terrorists were accompanied by members of the JSS-MN Larma faction, one of whom has been identified by locals as Milon Tripura from Thana Chandra Para village.

According to the victims’ and eyewitnesses’ accounts, the Jargo Party members raided Harinath Para at 9 p.m. with active support from the army.
